QUntil when can I make a reservation?
As long as spaces are available, you can book until 6:00 AM on the day of the tour. At the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Centers located at Shinjuku Station, Odawara Station, and Hakone-Yumoto Station, reservations are also accepted after 6:00 AM.
QCan I cancel or change the number of participants after booking?
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour. The number of participants cannot be changed, so please cancel your booking once and reapply.
QHow do I make a reservation?
Please book through EMot Online Tickets, Odakyu Electric Railway's official ticket and tour sales website. In addition to online booking, reservations are also accepted at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Centers at Shinjuku Station, Odawara Station, and Hakone-Yumoto Station.
QWhat is the minimum number of participants?
We guarantee departure with just one participant.
QWhat is the maximum number of participants?
You can book for up to 6 people.
QWhat language is the tour conducted in?
An English-speaking guide will lead the tour.
QIs the tour held in the rain?
The tour will be held even in the rain. However, it may be cancelled in the event of severe weather or the suspension of public transport.
QCan I join with a wheelchair or stroller?
As the tour uses public transport and involves a relatively long amount of walking, we do not recommend it.
QCan I bring luggage with me?
Since the tour uses public transport, we recommend joining with hand luggage only. If you have a suitcase, it can be stored at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Centers at Shinjuku Station or Hakone-Yumoto Station.
QIs wearing the tour T-shirt required?
The T-shirt is available as an option. You are welcome to join without wearing it, so please rest assured.
