This ticket is valid only on the date selected on the calendar.

If you request a refund after purchase, a refund handling fee of JPY 220 per ticket will be charged.

– Early‑morning discount is not applicable with this ticket.
– Children under 3 years old are not permitted to use the large public bath.
– In accordance with prefectural regulations, mixed bathing with children aged 7 and older is not allowed.

– Guests who use diapers, regardless of age, are not permitted to bathe.
– Guests who are menstruating are asked to refrain from bathing.

– Individuals who are intoxicated, members of organized crime groups, or associated persons are strictly prohibited from entering the facility.
– If your behavior is deemed disruptive or unpleasant to other guests, you may be asked to leave the premises.
– The facility is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss, or theft inside the building.
– For the prevention of illicit photography, the use of cameras and mobile phones is prohibited.
– Pets are not allowed inside the facility.
