Temporary Baggage Storage Service at Odakyu Sightseeing Service Centers
We will temporarily store your baggage, including suitcases and souvenirs on the day. Please enjoy hands-free sightseeing and travel lightly.

Hakone Baggage Delivery Service
From the station to your hotel, or your hotel to the station, we’ll take care of your luggage.
The Hakone Baggage Delivery Service in Hakone-Yumoto station provides baggage delivery service to your place of accommodation. When you check out, they will deliver your baggage back to Hakone-Yumoto Station.
How to Use
Step.1
Drop Off at the Station
Your trip starts hands-free. Leave your luggage at the Hakone-Yumoto Station counter by 12:00 p.m. and explore without the burden of heavy bags.
Step.2
We Deliver to Your Hotel
Enjoy Hakone while your luggage travels for you. Your bags will be delivered directly to your hotel the same day — waiting for you when you check in.
Step.3
Pick Up Before You Leave
Smooth and easy on your way out. After check-out, pick up your luggage at the station between 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. — perfect for stress-free travel home.
Pricing
Unfortunately we cannot transport the following:
- Items with a L×H×W over 2 m, or over 30 kg
- Valuable items, umbrellas, strollers, glass bottles, cans, plastic bottles, precision equipment such as PCs, breakables, hazardous items, animals, or items that spoil easily
- Multiple items that have been packed together using boxes or large bags
- Other items difficult to handle
