Eliminating Level Differences at Stations
To remove level differences that hinder movement, we have been installing elevators and wheelchair-accessible ramps. As a result, all 70 stations now provide step-free access from the ticket gates to each platform.

Accessible Toilets
We are working to install “accessible toilets” so that customers using wheelchairs, ostomates*, and passengers with small children can use them with peace of mind. Currently, all 70 station toilets are wheelchair- and ostomate-friendly.
Notes:
For customers with a stoma (colostomy/ileostomy) or urostomy.

Writing Boards for Communication
For customers with hearing impairments, we have installed writing boards at all stations.

Guidance Chimes and Tactile Information Boards
For customers with visual impairments, we have equipped all ticket vending machines with braille guidance and installed “tactile information boards” at all stations to help locate ticket gates and ticket machines. In addition, we have installed “guidance blocks” and “guidance chimes” at all stations to audibly indicate the location of ticket gates. Furthermore, devices that play bird sounds to indicate the location of stairs leading from the platform to the exit have also been installed.
Notes:
Some equipment may be out of service at stations where construction is in progress.

Service Care Attendants
We assign staff members who have obtained the private “Service Care Attendant” qualification, which certifies that they have the knowledge and skills to appropriately assist customers with disabilities or elderly passengers with walking assistance, wheelchair support, and help boarding or alighting trains and moving through the station.

Destination Display Devices
We have completed the installation of destination display devices at all 70 stations.

Disruption Information Displays
When service disruptions occur on the Odakyu Line, these displays provide the latest information and alternative transportation routes via other railway lines. They are installed at 46 locations across 32 stations.
Lost and found

Contact a staff member as soon as possible
If you have forgotten or lost something on an Odakyu train or in a station, contact the nearest station staff member as soon as possible.

How to retrieve your belongings
Once you have confirmed the station holding your belongings, go the Lost and Found with your identification (a passport or resident certificate). You may also have a representative retrieve the belongings, provided that the representative has a power of attorney letter (inin-jo) and identification. Please note that unclaimed items are turned over to the police after a certain period of time.
